Looks like we are all ready to move in for saturday!
Olivia and I put down the deposit on a new apartment yesterday in Federal Way. We can move in on the 23rd. I have cable and high speed internet coming on the morning of the 25th. This is very exciting for us. The rent is decent for the area. Only 50 bucks more than we were paying in Kailua and we get a two bed room, two bath place, that is pet friendly. The apartments are 960 sqf, which is spacious.
Floor Plan
The complex has a pool, spa, and racquetball courts. Each apartment has pretty big rooms, and a wood burning fireplace. I’m thinking indoor smores..

There is also some rock climbing walls about a mile walk away. There is a 600+ acre state park right out our back door with over 11 miles of hiking trails. It should be a great.
We choose a floor apartment, because it means we get a grass “Yard” between us and the woods that are right behind us. I’m thinking year round BBQ dinners.
